Last Tuesday, I shared a Debutante Story Soiree with novelists Katie Ganshert, Dani Pettrey and Beth Vogt. The fabulous Rel Mollet hosted our event, and Kelli Standish was amazing in her role of technical coordination.
We had a blast! Four screens of live video went off without a hitch, and the live chat was ridiculously fast and varied. Rel asked us questions about our own books as well as each other’s, viewers answered trivia questions for prizes, and we had the chance to highlight a ministry that cares for orphans around the world.
If you missed it, you can still see the whole shebang.
The entire soiree was recorded and is available on Rel’s brand new website. You can even see the chat feature appearing just as if it were live.
Did I mention we had a blast? I couldn’t have asked for a better Internet launch party for The Pursuit of Lucy Banning.
Last week was also my blog tour week, and reviews popped up all over the place. (I have to say, a lot of people want more of Charlotte’s story. That is coming in The Dilemma of Charlotte Farrow, releasing in January.) I capped the week off by a signing event at the one and only LifeWay store in Colorado.
Whew. I’m having a good time.
