
Carrot cake to celebrate The Inn at Hidden Run
At my book club meeting last night, one member, who LOVES to bake (and we love to have her bake) made me a special cake to celebrate the release of The Inn at Hidden Run. It’s a carrot cake, which I enjoy but don’t get to eat very often because usually people make it with walnuts, which I’m allergic to.
