This is the big day! All week I’ve been giving away copies of my books to celebrate my latest release, In Plain View.
Today, to wrap up this celebration week, the winner of the drawing will receive four books.
Two books in the Valley of Choice series:
• Accidentally Amish
• In Plain View
And …
Two books in the Avenue of Dreams series:
• The Pursuit of Lucy Banning
• The Dilemma of Charlotte Farrow
Answer today’s question in the comments to enter the drawing for all four books.
• How do you decide which book you are going to read next?
I usually read the reviews of the books on Amazon or other sites — look at the cover (front&back) if I have the book in my hands. If it is part of a series by a favorite author, and I have read the previous book/books in the series — I just go for it.
I have a variety of ways. If I’ve borrowed a book from a friend, it takes top priority so I can get it back. Occasionally, when I get a new book by a favorite author/series or I agree to read a book to leave a review, it zips to the top of the list. Most of the time, though, I try to keep the books in some semblance of the order in which I purchased them and I simply read them in that order.
Many ways… I follow blogs, watch for my favourite authors and when their books are coming out, recommendations of friends…. I borrow a lot of books from the library too, lol that decides my next book choice often 🙂 I read them as they come:) Congrats on the new book…. Cannot wait to read it… Love the cover! Have a great day!
I have favorite authors, so I’ll head for their latest offerings, and I love going through a series from beginning to … wherever they are (hopefully not the end). I also have trusted friends who will recommend a book and I’m on it in a flash.
Well I never run out of books to read between my home library, piblic library and Kindle plus review books. Usually I will make a list according to book I want to read most, as there simply isn’t time to read all the books I would like to. So I just choose the most exciting ones first, and your books would definitely be on that list! Thanks for the giveaway!

I usually research a subject that interests me: I already like the subject; I hear something new; sometimes I search “Maine” – a special interest. In your books: I love the subjects and, yes, the covers intrigue me. Also, I know I can share with my 87 year old mother in law and she will enjoy. Thank you.
I like to read in chronological order or…in the order that the books are created!
I keep my eye on these wonderful books- by my former college roommate!LOL
My next read depends on what becomes available from the library, or what needs to be read and reviewed. I only request books I’m quite sure I will enjoy. You are a wonderful author and I would love to win your books.
The winner of the four-book collection from Day 5 is Sharon Miller. Congratulations.
So grateful and excited to win these 4 books! Thank-you very much for the contest. Sharon M.
Oh how happy I would be to win for this day. 4 books I really want and have tried to win several of them. Please put my entry in. And, I will be hoping you draw it out as winner. It’s hard for me to decide which to read next. Just need a stack made up of some more favorite than others and read from top to bottom. Right now I have started 3. Maxie mac262(at)me(dot)com
